If you're an  ADI  in  Loughborough,   Derby,  Nottingham  or  Leicester,  you might like to take advantage of a FREE  ½-day's  in-car appraisal/training from me, not only to see how you might shape up for your DVSA Standards Check, but - more importantly - to see if you can further improve your instructional talents on a daily basis.

This offer isn't just for ADIs who have a "Standards Check" coming up.
Feel free to sign up for this, in the same way that
you might sign up for an ADI "Workshop" during any year

You can ask me to  observe you teach  one pupil  [max 1-hour lesson, please]  during your time with me - please diary in plenty of time before picking up your Trainee so as to discuss your lesson plan and for me to answer any queries you may have, and then, for solid feedback‑time afterwards [an hour or so, and over coffee], before I go on my way - or you might like to book me just for a  chat over coffee,  so that I can answer your queries on how to develop/improve instructional techniques generally, or on your Standards Check performance specifically.

Bear in mind that "chatting" is fine, but there's no substitute for being appraised teaching a 'live' Trainee.
Put yourselves under a gentle bit of 'pressure', just like you may feel you might be on the day of your Standards Check, or to remind yourself how your trainee may well feel on the day of their L‑Test!

    *** Whichever option you choose, I shall send you recorded follow‑up on our session -  [as an .mp3 audio file].
*Please note that this isn't an offer of 'unlimited free training',
but a one-off appraisal / development session.

*All I ask that you pay is a flat  £35  [for my TRAVEL  from and back to Loughborough], 
and to buy the coffees during the de-brief time! - [or the chat-time!]

If you're an ADI in  LOUGHBOROUGH,  there's no travel-fee!
You just get to buy the coffees!

I say "if you train in Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham or Leicester" since, as you'll appreciate, I can't economically travel up to Buxton or Alfreton - nor down to Market Harborough or beyond!
If you're happy to travel to one of the above 'more central' locations for a meet, feel free to sign up!
